Flexible Rewards Platform
As SMA has wide distribution, with listings not only at the BIG 4 but also the likes of Boots, Superdrug, Lidl, Co-Op and a whole host of eCommerce sites, it was critical to enable parents to participate wherever they shopped. which was also a key part of the overall SMA retailer support strategy. Quotient’s purchase validation technology allows receipts from all SMA stockists (offline and online) to be recognised and verified, updating the participants digital stamp card within 24 hours of submission. When certain thresholds have been met, BabyClub members receive cashback straight into their Bank Account or Paypal account.
